Moorhouse Properties Limited was incorporated in 1996 with a focus on initiating and developing hotels within different market segment of the hotel/hospitality industry in Nigeria. It is a key player that has initiated and successfully completed numerous hotel developments throughout the entire hotel market value chain. The hotels developed are within the budget, economy, and luxury hotel market segment of the hospitality market.
The primary mission of Moorhouse Properties is to optimize the generation of revenues and profits whilst simultaneously maximizing the value of its properties. To execute this strategy, Moorhouse Properties also adds value by identifying key market locations suitable for developing the properties through intensive asset management and creative deal making. In addition, the Company uses a hands-on approach to managing the asset and understanding the investment environment. With its two-pronged approach, Moorhouse Properties is able to assume two separate but mutually beneficial roles as:
Development Manager and Project Promoter: Responsible for conceptualizing new opportunities and for initiating new development within a comprehensive strategy.
Asset Manager: Responsible for ensuring that the asset value is maintained and maximized to generate superior revenues and returns.
