Iquo Ikpeme is the Chief Operating Officer of Moorhouse Properties Limited.
Her experience within the real estate industry has been in the acquisition, development, finance and marketing of real estate from the year 1999 to date where she worked with various real estate development companies.
Prior to Working with Moorhouse Properties Limited, she was a Vice President of Site Acquisition and Development at Lionstone Company, a real estate development, investment and hotel management company with the Golden Tulip Franchise for West Africa. She was also a Senior Associate at Capital Alliance Real Estate (“CARE”) and worked on various Protea hotel developments.
Qualifications: MBA from University of Surrey – Surrey European Management School and a B. Sc in Economics from the University of Ibadan
Waheed Sanni is the Chief Finance Officer of Moorhouse Properties.
He has a diverse experience in banking and financial services, consulting, manufacturing, telecommunications having worked in various organisations in these sectors of the economy in the last two decades.
Prior to working with Moorhouse Properties Limited, Waheed was the Chief Finance Officer of Private Networks Nigeria Limited, a telecommunications infrastructure deployment and maintenance company. He has over ten years banking experience in the banking industry having worked in various capacities in Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and Access Bank Plc between 1993 and 2003.
Qualifications: B. Sc in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Alumni of Lagos Business School having completed the school’s Advanced Management Programme in 2008.
Femi Matti is the Project Manager at Moorhouse Properties Limited.
He had an extensive career with African International Bank Limited (“AIB”) which yielded over 18 years of management experience and rose to the position of a Senior Manager in the Company. His scope of work included but was not limited to design and execution of the construction of the various bank premises, facility management, preparation and execution of maintenance plans, managing relationships with services providers that maintain bank equipments, location of sites, acquisition of building, and managing the preparation and renovation of buildings for bank use.
Qualifications: Diploma in Management from the University of Lagos, and an MBA from the same University. He is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Administration.
Bukola Adeola is a Project Manager at Moorhouse Properties Limited. She has over 8 years of experience in various aspects of design and construction, relevant to the building industry.
She was formerly a Project Architect with James Cubitt Architects, where her scope of work included but was not limited to brief development, preparation and execution of design and construction drawings, managing relationships with clients and contractors and managing the construction process of buildings.
Qualifications: B.Tech. and M.Tech. Degrees in Architecture from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
Victor Ayeni-Bepo is the head of Accounts at Moorhouse Properties Limited. He is an erudite Accountant with proven integrity, probity and flare for data accuracy, He is a consummate accountant with excellent eye for details.
He has work experience spanning a decade as an account and finance person at The Town House Hotel and Suites, Ibadan Oyo State.
Qualifications: B. Sc in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), and Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management.
Adeola is currently the Legal Compliance and Business Development Officer at Moorhouse Properties Limited.
She discharges her roles in General Corporate Commercial, Immigration, Real Estate, Project management and development transactions of Moorhouse Properties Limited. She started her career with a Law firm, Obi-Odunukwe & Co and has gradually garnered profound legal practice in Nigeria.
Qualifications: She is a law graduate from the University of Lagos, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010. She is also a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
