He specialized in commercial and intellectual property matters and had risen to the position of Partner before establishing his own practice Jackson Etti Edu & Co., one of the largest law firms in Nigeria.

Qualifications: First degree in Law from Bristol University and a postgraduate degree in Law from Kings College, University of London. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Gbolly Balogun is an Executive Director of Moorhouse Properties Limited. He is a successful property developer.
He established County Estates Properties with the aim of providing total project management for owners of land or lease holders as well as introducing home ownership for Nigerians in the prime residential areas of Lagos by creating vehicles to accommodate the limited budgets of his target market. County Estates has developed over 520 units of residential properties in Lagos alone.
Gbolly Balogun is a Director of all companies within the Moorhouse Group as well as Lagos Preparatory School, Terra Kulture, Alders Lane and Medilag Ventures.
Qualifications: B.Sc in Economics from the Howard University Washington D.C. and a postgraduate degree in Philosophy & History from the University of Lagos.
Mr Ike Onyia is the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of FBN Capital Asset Management, a part of FBN Holdings Plc’s Merchant Banking and Asset Management Group. He has over 20 years’ experience in Investment Management and Advisory.
Prior to his appointment as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FBN Capital Asset Management, he served as Managing Director of Fiducia Capital, a Securities and Exchange Commission and FMDQ OTC registered investment management firm in Nigeria, and as an Executive Director of Parsifal Partners Limited.
He was a pioneer executive committee member and Treasurer of the Fund Managers’ Association of Nigeria between 2010 and 2013, and he was also instrumental in establishing and managing two asset management businesses FSDH and Zenith Capital.
Mr Ike Onyia is an associate of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria.
